Tiens has created a systematic training program that has been designed to enhance the knowledge of our Independent Consultants about the Direct Sales Industry, Our Products and Business Opportunity. Tiens Business School in the world (Unicore Support System or UNICORE) is designed with four consecutive levels of training. Each focuses on skill development and exciting topics that will help you excel your business to the next level.

Bronze Level – New Independent Consultant Training This level of training is designed for the New Independent Consultant; to reinforce the right direction for a successful start. This information packed training is excellent for new team members to become well educated on the products, as well as gain some additional knowledge of the business model (how to build an active network).

Silver Level – Building Your Business Silver Level training is an excellent way to discover how to build your team, and ultimately, your business, by examining the 3 R’s –Retailing, Recruiting and Retention. You will walk away from this training feeling confident that you can make your business soar to new heights.

Gold Level -Leadership Development By identifying strategies for your business, setting achievable goals and reviewing leadership skills and qualities that are needed to help grow your business; Gold Level training will help you develop and become a better leader. Specifically, areas of training will include: Coaching, Communication and Commitment.

Certified Level – Train The Trainer This final level of Training is designed to provide trainers with the skills, knowledge and materials they need to succeed in their business. Upon successful completion of this course, you have made the progression from student to teacher. You are now a Certified Tiens Trainer able to train new consultants using the Tiens Business School model. The focus of this training is on People, Priorities, Planning and Powerment. Since you have completed the first three levels of Tiens Business School you have become the expert in many aspects of running your own Tianshi Business. Certified training enables you to apply that expertise and train your own Independent Consultants so your business can grow and prosper. Through your participation in this training program, you are not only demonstrating your level of dedication and commitment to the Tianshi Team in North America and across the globe; but you are investing into your own personal level of growth and commitment to your business. “Create your own life opportunities, explore your potential and make the commitment to your health and wealth”
