The Southern Gate

The front gate, or the Southern Gate of the Park, is 235m long, 47.7m wide and 15m tall. It is truly a picture of wit and magnificence. The round control centre rises above the water to oversee the passing crowd and traffic. Both sides of the gate sport a waterfall screen to bestow a harmonious ambience.

Life Sciences Research Center

To portray TIENS’ in-depth involvement in the life sciences, it will build a Life Sciences Research Center on 27000 square meter of land. The 5-storey building will have individual floors for life sciences research, clinical trials, rehabilitation etc. to allow for lively, interesting and humanistic spatial arrangements and house all the advanced equipment.

Workshops and Warehouse

The workshops and warehouse are located on the west side of the Park. With a built-up area of 58,000 square meters, the workshop is divided into 2 plant facilities for healthcare products and household items. The warehouse has a built-up area of 42,000 square meters and is equipped with a fully-automated rack system. It is tall and simple façade, with the matching somber color projects modern aesthetics and elicits a solid stable feeling. TIENS places a lot of emphasis on its manufacturing facilities—the cleanest workshops and the most stringent compliance to GMP standards. International Education & Training Center

Surrounded by running water, this building looks like a gigantic hot air balloon raring to go. It has a protective net outside and measures 120m long with a built-up area of 28,000 square meters. It can accommodate 7,000 people for a single convention. There is a broadcast hall that also serves as an opera house. Digital network facilities are available for global broadcast. The building signifies the passion and spirit of all TIENS partners worldwide. The center will be a world class venue for any local or international seminar, training or convention.


International Banqueting Center

Shaped as a pyramid, this magnificent structure has 3 stories and a built-up area of 12,000 square meters. The main dining hall on the 2nd floor can accommodate 3,000 diners at any one time. There is not a single pillar here to block the diners’ view. The grandeur of any auspicious occasion can be broadcast live through a digital network. There is also a smaller dining hall on the 3rd floor and an external hanging lift to offer a splendid panorama.

Ecology Hydrotherapy Hall

This structure was inspired by President Li Jinyuan himself. It is situated at the north side of the Park, its outer glass cover resembling a kidney bean with 6 petal-like hanging tarpaulins. President Li considers this ‘bean’ a human kidney to emphasize its significance. Occupying a land area of 2,700 square meters, this ‘bean’ contains some precious plants, bridges and streams, hot spring pools, gazebos etc. The 6 petals cover an area of 300 square meters and offer a shady rendezvous for the drinks of your choice under the big blue sky and open air. In the winter, these shady areas can be covered up with curved glass wall for the discerning to keep warm and enjoy snow scenes.

Lebanon International Conference

After many rainy and thunderous days, the sun at last rose from Hotel Monroe in the capital of Lebanon Beirut on 8th march 2009, which was the date holding our lovely conference. When we also celebrated the “11th anniversary of Tianshi Company”, all the distributors and some new members joined this conference.
At first Ms Rebecca is on behalf of Tianshi Company to give us a special lecture, because this special day we send all the ladies amazing gifts—– a beautiful rose.

Some distributors were suffering from health problems before they joined TIENS. After trying TIENS products they touched the difference and were satisfied, and they were so happy to share their personal experience with all the participants.
A lot of Lebanese they haven’t chance to go out of Lebanon to join the Big International Conference, but today they will see the distributors’faces from Africa, Iran, Russia and Syria. They participate in this conference to enjoy the business plan and sharing their work experience with them seriously.
The story isn’t finished yet there is some surprises, believe or not prizes and products were distributed among the 4, 5, 6 stars agents to encourage them on their good work and to reflect them the idea that our TIENS cares for every member without any discrimination.
Our conference was very enjoying all the audience stood up and began to dance; our staff and our lovely manager and everyone were happy, they danced and clapped on the rhythms of loving, caring and off course Health & Wealth.

In 1983, the Harvard Business School published says “A Perspective on Entrepreneurship,” a paper that defined the differences between entrepreneurs and employees. This paper, written by Professor Howard H. Stevenson, is one of the most articulate articles on this particular subject that I have read. While many differences were examined, I found two in particular to be especially insightful.

The first difference between entrepreneurs and employees is:

1. Employees are resource-oriented. Entrepreneurs are opportunity-oriented.
A person with an employee mindset might say, “I would start my own business but I don’t have the money.” Or “I’d love to invest in that piece of real estate, but I don’t have the down payment.” In both of these examples the person focuses on their resources–in this case their lack of money, rather than the opportunity.

In a similar situation, a person with an entrepreneur’s mindset might say, “Let’s start the business and we can finance the business from the cash flow.” Or “Tie up the property and we’ll find the money later.”

My poor dad was a man who saw many opportunities, but failed to act on them simply because he was resource-oriented. Instead of taking action, he often said, “I wish I could do it, but I can’t afford it.” Or “I would go into business for myself, but I need a steady job. I have a mortgage and you kids to feed.”

My rich dad (my best friend’s father, an entrepreneur who taught me a lot about how the rich think about money) was a man who started with nothing, but eventually became one of the richest men in Hawaii. Today, when you look at Waikiki Beach, you see some of the biggest hotels along the ocean on land his family owns. He said, “If you do not have resources, you need to become resourceful.” That is why he forbade his son and me from saying the words “I can’t afford it.” He said, “Poor people say ‘I can’t afford it.’ That’s why they’re poor.” Instead he insisted we learn to say, “How can I afford it?” He believed that when we said, “I can’t afford it” our minds were turned off and went to sleep. When we asked ourselves, “How can I afford it?” our minds, our greatest resource of all, were turned on and put to work.

The second difference between entrepreneurs and employees is:

2. Employees prefer to manage via hierarchical structures. Entrepreneurs manage via networks, utilizing the resources of other people and organizations.

This means that employee-type leaders would rather hire people and bring their talent “in-house.” Rather than have an outside firm do their creative work, an employee-type leader would prefer to hire the talent and have them under their control. While there are economic reasons for doing this, the report stated that the primary reason is control. This is because employees gravitate to a leadership style that is more suited to a military command-and-control type of organization.

My poor dad was successful in the hierarchical structure of the government, eventually rising to the top of the educational system as Superintendent of Education and running for Lieutenant Governor for the State of Hawaii. After losing that race–and his position as Superintendent of Education–he tried his hand at entrepreneurship. He purchased a national ice cream franchise that failed in less than a year. Why? While the reasons were many, one reason was his leadership and management style. When he said, “Jump”… no one jumped.

Instead of the military’s command-and-control leadership style, my rich dad used a more cooperative and collaborative style of leadership. He encouraged his son and me to learn to lead and manage people who are not required to follow our orders–people who did not need to jump when they heard the word “Jump.” Rather than hire people and bring them in-house, rich dad networked with other people and organizations, which tended to reduce his costs and at the same time increase his resources and influence in the marketplace.

Today, The Rich Dad Company follows my rich dad’s advice. Instead of becoming a stand-alone publishing house, we choose to cooperate via a joint venture agreement with The Time Warner Book Group, as well as licensed publishers around the world who offer our books in 43 languages. In this way, we keep our core staff small, yet we utilize the thousands of employees of publishers around the world.

But leveraging the assets and resources of partners is not enough. It’s important to choose the right partners–ones who are aligned with your goals and values. Choosing the right partners can make the difference between success and failure–as I’ve learned the hard way.

Marketing Plan Tianshi dibuat oleh Michael Sheffield, seorang yang ahli di bidang perancangan sistem network marketing dari USA yang sekarang menjabat sebagai Chairman (Ketua) Multi-Level Marketing International Association (MLMIA). Foto di samping adalah Michael Sheffield yang sedang berjabatan tangan dengan Michael Gorbachev pada waktu kunjungannya ke Rusia dalam rangka seminar Tianshi di Moskow.

Bonus di Tianshi terdiri dari :
1. Bonus Eceran

Penjelasan :
1. Bonus Eceran
Bonus eceran adalah keuntungan yang didapat apabila anda menjual produk kepada konsumen tanpa konsumen tersebut menjadi member. Besarnya 15 % dari harga jual.

2. Bonus Jaringan
Bonus Jaringan adalah bonus yang didapat dari bergabungnya para member di bawah jaringan anda baik yang langsung anda sponsori maupun yang disponsori oleh para downline anda. Diberikan pada member di atas peringkat 1. Bonus ini terdiri dari :

B. Indirect Bonus
C. Develop Bonus

A. Direct Bonus
Disebut juga Bonus Prestasi. Diberikan apabila anda mensponsori langsung, artinya downline disimpan di level pertama anda. Besar prosentasinya tergantung dari peringkat anda, dimulai dari 5 % sampai maksimal 40 % terhadap kelebihan belanja dari Rp. 500.000,- (lihat tabel bonus prestasi)

Bonus prestasi : 5 % x Rp. (2.000.000 – 500.000) = Rp. 75.000,-

3. Anda *3 Mensponsori seorang *3
Bonus prestasi : 20 % x Rp. (2.000.000 – 500.000) = Rp. 300.000,-

4. Anda *8 Mensponsori seorang *3
Bonus prestasi : 40 % x Rp. (2.000.000 – 500.000) = Rp. 600.000,-

B. Indirect Bonus
Ini merupakan selisih Bonus prestasi antara anda dan downline anda.

Contoh :
Anda *4, Bonus Prestasinya : 24 % ( Lihat tabel bonus Prestasi di atas)
Downline Anda ( A) *3, Bonus Prestasinya : 20 %
Apabila Downline Anda mensponsori si B (*3) maka Anda mendapat Indirect Bonus
(Selisih Bonus Prestasi) : (24% – 20 %) x Rp. 1.500.000,- = Rp. 60.000,-

C. Develop Bonus
Disebut juga Bonus Perkembangan. Didapat apabila ada member baru di bawah jaringan anda baik disponsori langsung oleh anda ataupun tidak.

Anda peringkat *3 mensponsori langsung *2 atau *3.
Develop Bonus ( Bonus Perkembangan) = 37 % x Rp. 500.000,-

Apabila Downline anda mensponsori maka anda mendapat :
Develop Bonus : 1 % x Rp. 500.000 sampai Level 10 anda.

D. Leader Bonus
Bonus Kepemimpinan atau Leader Bonus di dapat apabila anda sudah peringkat *5 ke atas dan mempunyai downline *5 ke atas. Anda akan mendapat 1 % lagi dari omzet downline anda yang ber *5 ke atas sampai level VI

Anda *5 menciptakan downline *5, maka anda akan menerima :
Bonus Kepemimpinan 1 % x TGS *5 generasi pertama

Anda *6 menciptakan downline *6, maka anda akan menerima :
Bonus Kepemimpinan 1 % x TGS generasi pertama
Ditambah Bonus Kepemimpinan 1 % x TGS generasi kedua

3. Bonus Sharing International
Bonus ini yang kita tunggu karena apabila sudah mendapat Bonus Sharing International, kita akan mendapat tambahan Passive Income, kita akan mendapatkan penghasilan selamanya seperti kita menjadi pemilik perusahaan Tianshi. Kenapa demikian, karena kita akan mendapatkan bonus yang dihitung dari Omzet Tianshi Dunia. Sepanjang perusahaan berdiri sepanjang itulah kita mendapatkan bonusnya dan dapat diwariskan.Bonus Sharing International merupakan bonus tambahan selain bonus-bonus yang didapatkan dari perkembangan jaringan anda sendiri seperti yang diuraikan di atas. Bonus ini diberikan pada member Tianshi yang telah mencapai Bronze Lion ke atas.

Bronze Lion = 1 % x Omzet Dunia : Jumlah Bronze Lion.
Penghasilan sekarang minimal US$5.000 per bulan.

Silver Lion = 0,75 % x Omzet Dunia : Jumlah Silver Lion.
Penghasilan sekarang minimal US$10.000 per bulan.

Gold Lion = 0,5 % x Omzet Dunia : Jumlah Gold Lion.
Penghasilan sekarang minimal US$20.000 per bulan.

Diamond Gold Lion = 0,5 % x Omzet Dunia : Jumlah Diamond Gold Lion.
Penghasilan sekarang minimal US$30.000 per bulan.

Director = 0,25 % x Omzet Dunia : Jumlah Director.
Penghasilannya di atas US$50.000,- per bulan.

Executive Director = 0,5 % x Omzet Dunia : Jumlah Executive Director.
Penghasilannya di atas US$100.000,- per bulan.

4. Rewards Bonus

Bonus ini menarik sekali karena cepat atau lambat kita akan mendapatkannya. Ibarat kalau kita ada dalam lajur (track) perlombaan, tetapi bukan siapa yang paling dulu mendapat hadiah yang paling besar, melainkan siapa yang sampai garis finish pasti mendapat hadiah yang besarnya sama. The tri-leaf pattern, like an unfolded world map, is a reflection of TIENS’ strategy of “internationalized” development.
